Order of Owls - Existed at Camp Caudle in the West Arc Council, Arkansas prior to 1938. It was also referred to as "Triple O". The group provided service to the camp and was similar to the OA. The ordeal involved face painting and silence. The honored camper was called out at midnight on the night before the last day of camp and one per session was chosen.
