ABOUT THE EMBLEMS:

        

That of God:  The That of God emblem was developed and administered by the Friends Committee on Scouting (FCS) , a program of the Friends World Committee for Consultation, Section of the Americas.  The "That of God" and "Spirit of Truth" youth award packets are currently available for download from www.quakerscouting.org. The P.R.A.Y. website will redirect you to this website for the youth packets. The "Adult Friend" application and award information is available from the P.R.A.Y. website www.praypub.org.  Scouts working on this religious emblem program will learn more about their own faith as they explore the following topics:

 

1.   All About Me:

 

      a.   Personal Data

      b.   What am I like?

 

2.   All About My Family: 

 

      a.   Who we are, including relatives

      b.   Family work

      c.   Family sharing

      d.   My friends

 

 

3.   All About My Monthly Meeting

 

      a.   About the Church/meeting place

      b.   Beliefs about God, love, people, etc.

      c.   Famous Friends

      d.   About being a Quaker

            3]   Write a brief biographic sketch of yourself

 

      b.   Worship

            2]   How to best fulfill own responsibility
