Palm OSCubTracks Version 3 - Cub Scout Advancement Tracker by Aaron Vail. From the author: I am LDS and so this was originally designed to flow very well with our Cub Scout program at the local level. Thus there are many areas in Cub Scouting that I am just not aware of because our program layout is only slightly different than normal. This application is meant to quickly record the progress of individual Cub Scouts. It is not meant to record everything a Cub does nor is it meant to replace the Individual Record Sheets. It is simply meant to be used as an overview of the progress of Cubs. It is also used to keep important information reguarding Leaders such as phone number, email, position, trained or not, etc. Feedback on this application is very welcome and I will make updates and revisions in the future according to users' suggestions. Users may email me with suggestions. I hope that people find this little application user friendly and helpful in thier Cub Scouting efforts." Palm OSPlanetarium, ver 2.0. Brian Davis writes that he found Planetarium at http://www.pilotgear.com, and that it was written by A.Hofer at planets@aho.ch. "It shows all of the stars, galaxies, and planets, and can display the rising and setting times for all of the planets as well as the sun and the moon. It shows the zodiac and can be zoomed in to examine a tight knot of stars. And to top it all off, it allows you to search for a specific star, giving the position in the sky via a crosshair. Very cool." Our thanks to Richard A. Fowell for the updated direct link to this useful program.

Visit WEBnME.com's Palm Center for more Palm Resources including books, software, and gear.

About the Programs:

These programs are all designed to work on PDAs using the Palm OS. They can be installed by using the HotSync feature of PalmPilots. (See the manual that came with your PDA for details on how to install software.)

If you have not already installed a document viewing program on your PalmPilot you will need to download and install a viewing program such as:
