The U.S. Scouting Service Project Proves That You Can Teach An Old Dog New Tricks

Established in 1994 and one of the largest Scouting websites in the world, the U.S. Scouting Service Project (USSSP) has launched a redesign effort to allow seemless navigation between all of its many websites.  This is the first major overhaul of the design of USSSP operated websites since 1998.

The USSSP websites are part of a community of Scouting that includes email discussion lists, monthly features, a news blog, online discussion forums, and more than 30,000 content files.  In an average month these websites collectively get 10 million page hits and tens of thousands of unique visitors making it one of the most popular Scouting destinations on the Internet.
