Explain how to remove a hook that has lodged in your arm. Name and explain five safety practices you should always follow while fishing.
1.Learn and explain the differences between two types of fishing outfits. Point out and identify the parts ofa saltwater reel, a bait-casting reel, a spinning reel, and a fly reel.several types of rods and reels.Point out and identify the main parts of a fishing rod. TellExplain how and when each would be used. Review with your counselor howyou wouldto care for this equipment.2.Demonstrate the proper use of twoof the threedifferent types of fishing equipment(bait-casting, spinning, and fly) and explain how each of the three is used.3.Demonstrateand explain the use ofhow to tie the following knots: clinch, palomar, turle, blood loop (barrel knot), and surgeon's loop. Explain how each knot is used and when to use it.

Catch two different kinds of fish by any legal sportsmanlike method and identify them. Demonstrate how you released at least one of them unharmed. Tell how you cleaned and cooked another fish.Explain what good outdoor sportsmanlike behavior is and how it relates to fishermen.
