From the website:

For those who make advance reservations and bring their own bedroll and sleeping pad, The Jack Bryant Scout Center makes overnight accommodations available at  $3.00 per person per night with no minimum and require a reservation form and $10.00 (non-refundable) deposit to hold the reservation. Please contact our building representative, Julie Bailey, and she will send your group a detailed information package.

Our accommodations include rest rooms, showers, and a committee room with its own doors, and a small training Room. There are lots of things to do at and around the Scout Center. Many troops use our facilities while passing through to Philmont Scout Ranch. We had close to 1,000 scouters stay with us last year and are expecting as many this year.

From a previous email years back:

Over 1500 Scouts and Scouters stayed at our Hut last year on their way to Philmont and Scout ranches in New Mexico and Colorado. We will be pleased to provide lodging for you and your unit. We furnish the building and you furnish the bedroll. Our "Jack Bryant" Scouting Center is Air-conditioned and has showers and a kitchen. A seperate room can be used by your female members if needed.

Located in beautiful downtown Amarillo, Texas and very easy to find, our Hut is the perfect place to layover after a long drive. We are right next door to fine eating and entertainment establishments. All we ask is that you make your reservations early and contribute $3.00 for each person in your group for each night you plan to stay to help us pay our expences.

Let me know if anyone in your unit is interested and we will send a welcome packet and reservation form to you. Pass the word to your other units in your Councils.
