RANK REQUIREMENT CHANGES

TenderfootTenderfoot Rank Requirements:

In requirement 9a, the "Run/walk" distance has been changed from "500 yards" to "approximately one quarter mile." 

"Complete your board of review" has been added as the final requirement. (Requirement 13) 

NOTE:  This change does NOT supersede the rule permitting a Board of Review after the Scout's 18th birthday, if all other requirements have been completed before that date. 

Second Class Rank Requirements:

"Complete your board of review" has been added as the final requirement. (Requirement 11)

NOTE:  This change does NOT supersede the rule permitting a Board of Review after the Scout's 18th birthday, if all other requirements have been completed before that date. 

First Class Rank Requirements:

In requirement 8c, "broken leg" has been changed to "sprained ankle." 

"Complete your board of review" has been added as the final requirement. (Requirement 12)
