Baiting Hollow Offers one of the best summercamp programs in the country. and has one of the best if not the best first year camper programs. All the scouts who attened summer camp at baiting hollow had nothing but great things to say. The best part about the camp is the staff. the staff will bend over backwards to help out the scouts and leaders. They make sure the scouts understand the merit badges and has a greater knowledge of the subject

I have been camping at Baiting Hollow for 5 years with the Boy Scouts. It is one of the best summer camp programs in New York and every year we get more repeat campers from our troop. This year we hit an all time record of 36 boys. I wish them all good luck in their merit badge work, but knowing the staff, they will obtain their badges and really have fun doing the work.

Be considerate of the Sand dune environment. Keep off the dunes whenever possible as they protect the Camp. This is a nice shorefront Camp that is different from most woodland Camp. Do try it.

Are you accepting single campers for any weeks in August?

My Troop used to tour annually until we found Baiting Hollow. It is simply the best Boy Scout Camp I have ever seen in my 35 years as a Scouter. It has beutiful facilities and is on a great piece of property with several ecosystems. It is truly a very rare find. Beyond that the staff is the most friendly and courteous around, and they are willing to do anything to help the scouts and leaders.
