Description |
The North Star Museum of Boy Scouting and Girl Scouting is operated by
North Star Scouting Memorabilia, Inc. In the past 29 years our
collections have grown to over 150,000 items. The artifacts come from
across the world, cover the period from 1908 to the present and include
items from Boy Scouting, Girl Scouting and Girl Guides.
The North Star Museum has the upper Midwest's largest collection of
memorabilia relating to Boy Scouting and Girl Scouting. It's new home in
North St. Paul, Minnesota, is open Tuesday-Friday from 1 - 5 p.m., and
Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are open for the casual visitor, or
for Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops by appointment for a tour and short
program.
We offer programs on Scouting to the general public, and service
opportunities for young and old. The museum collection contains
approximately 150,000 artifacts representing Scouting in the upper
Midwest, the nation, and the world.
