The best suplemental resources for Cub Scout leaders are Pow Wow books. That's why it is so important to go to your council's Cub Scout Pow Wow, take classes to learn how to deliver a great program, and get your own Pow Wow book. There are always new things in the books from year to year.
To help all Cub Scout leaders bring new ideas to your program, here is the MacScouters Cub Scout Pow Wow resource. This resouorce site started with the Santa Clara County Council 2000 Pow Wow CD, which I prepared along with the Pow Wow book. I have added more books as they have become available, including the 2007 book which I prepared for our Council.
You will find links to all available issues of Baloo's Bugle by David W. Lyons and Chris Reisel.
Also included are links to The MacScouter's Big Books of Games, Skits and "A Scout is Reverent" Resources, outdoors cookbooks, songbooks, and all the Cub Scout clipart that could be found.
All text files are saved in Acrobat PDF format and many in Microsoft Word. Use the MS Word files if you want to cut and paste into your own document -- the formatting will probably not be the same as the printed book. If you want to print sections of Pow Wow books or other documents, use the Acrobat PDF files -- the formatting is identical to the original. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can get it from the http://www.adobe.com website.

We hope you find these resources helpful to your Cub Scout program.
